Kip began appraising under the license of Andy Sylvia Realty in 1999. He has also been an appraiser for the Athens County Sheriff’s Department since 1999. He is approved to do probate work in Athens County and Franklin County .

Kip currently appraises residential homes, new construction, rural properties, estates, divorce settlements, and small income properties in Athens, Meigs, Hocking, and Vinton Counties.
